At a stand still

They have some OSB sheathing on the exterior that need to be replaced before they can call in shear inspection for the 4th time and then proceed to siding. Then there is still the framing inspection that is in the future, but the stair treads are all wrong, doorways not the right width . . etc . . the list goes on.

We are still negotiating with them to get out of the contract after framing inspection. We so badly just want out now, but given all of these framing issues that they are currently having to cover the cost on, we just can't see taking that on . . it would be a huge mistake financially.

Also still waiting for an answer on the mold issue.

Cedar deck complete, tiled porch . . still in progress
