We knew we wanted to have a webpage to document our home build process. It's been a long journey and one we want to be able to look back on. After the project started going downhill we realized documenting it was must.

Doors, woodstove pad, tile and live edge
While waiting in the floor we have been able to get some projects done without being in anyones way. We completed the live edge countertop in the powder room, the woodstove base including a mantle we made from random wood we had laying around and also the front door! We took a risk and stained the outside green! Its growing on me. We kept the inside more natural with just a coat of walnut danish oil. I have a couple more coats of clear protectants to apply...its quite a process. We also got the tile going in the kids bathroom before the toilet goes in.
