Picking finishes

This was done a couple weeks ago . . I am still thinking I might end up with a change order on cabinet color. The color I chose based on the online photos looks way different than the in person sample . . but yet the samples didn't include the color I have envisioned! Since their samples were missing a few of the newest colors available I am waiting to view these before they order . . .

Here is our flooring sample - a LVP option. Along with a few of the cabinet options we were considering. We are doing a rustic alder cabinet, which is hard to tell on these tiny samples!

Here is the cabinet color (original pic), carpet, flooring and formica countertop.
Here is the same cabinet color show online, totally different, right!?

Bathroom countertop and cabinets

This is the color I haven't been able to see in person, but I love it on all the kitchens
I am seeing on the Kemper Cabinet site! We might end up change ordering to this color.

Drains

With our builder drainage is a homeowner responsibility. Mike took the day off in order to lay the drain rock and pipe. Thanks to friends who have helped with their knowledge and lending of equipment!

Foundation done

Foundation walls were poured this week. Now we are working on footing drains which will be inspected tomorrow. Lots of manual labor, until we got smart and borrowed the neighbor's tractor!
Backfill this next week, and then framing starts!
